The NMA is scheduled for work of less than one year. NMA is used in facilities such as petrochemicals, supply, steel and automotive. The NMA program is managed and managed by the NMA Policy Committee, a joint labour and management committee.

The aim of this agreement is to promote the efficiency of construction and to enable a peaceful resolution of labour disputes without strike or lockout, thereby promoting the public interest in ensuring the completion of the work in a timely and economic manner.
